Youre going to have to download the wiring diagram and cut and splice past the sensor by color code.

so ur just trying to turn off that darn light on the dash take out the tach and take out the bulb )

No Im not trying to turn the dash light off I want to bypass the sensor. Mine went bad so I went to the junk yard and bought another and now its gone bad. Its a bad design from toyota so that when it goes bad you have to go purchase another from toyota for 200. Its nothing but a small circuit board that reads resistance between the bulbs.

Check your wiring colors at the sensor and compare. Green wire-wire from car tail light circuit Light Green-goes to tail lights Yellow-wire from Gauge fuse (has 12V power) YellowGreen-goes to warning light in dash console (has power from Gauge fuse) WhiteBlack-ground GreenWhite-wire from stop light switch at brake pedal (also goes to high mounted brake light on cars WITHOUT spoiler Red-goes to high mounted brake light on car WITH spoiler GreenRed-goes to brake lights To bypass the sensor Connect Green wire to Light Green wire Disconnect and tape off YellowGreen and Yellow wires (they both have 12V power to them) Disconnect WhiteBlack wire Connect GreenWhite wire to GreenRed and Red wires This ad is not displayed to registered members. TOYOTA CAMRY bypass door control module for keyless entry

Ive installed keyless entry in my 1991 camry by tapping into the wires from the door control module under the glove box however its not working as planned and wasnt before i installed the keyless entry module either. For some reason after the drivers door has been shut for a while the unlocking part of the central locking doesnt work until i manually unlock the drivers door and turn the ignition. So

Here is what I have for toyota door lock module. 8. Recieves 12V from Power circuit breaker. 9. Door Key lock key switch LH-UNLOCK circuit wire 10. Ditto-LOCK wire circuit. Note 9 and 10 also connect to RH door key lock switch 11. Door lock control switch LH-UNLOCK wire Note The LOCK wire ties into 10 5. Front RH door lock soleniod switch. Tells control module if lock is open or closed. 6. Front LH

Ive checked all wires nothing appears wrong with them. Also i disconnected the wires to each door one at a time and theres still no unlocking when the drivers door is closed. Maybe the door control module is the problem

The later manual has a wiring diagram with explaination of operation and shows the IG connection. Send a private message with email address and will send it.

TOYOTA CAMRY 12v outlet auto shutoff bypass

How do I bypass the 12v outlet auto-off on the 2012 camry Is there a place for a jumper in the fuse box This ad is not displayed to registered members. Register your free account today and become a member on camryforums

Auto off as in turning off with the ign key Power outlet goes to the PWR Outlet fuse which controlled by the ACC relay. This relay also power other fuses. Would need to isolate the PWR Outlet fuse then jump to the circuit that powers the ACC relay. Might be better of rewiring the outlet to a constant source of power inside the car.

I need one of the outlets to run without turning off after 15-20 minutes. Thought about jumping the fuse box but am concerned about shorting something else down or upstream such as the relay. Was hoping someone had done this prior and had good directions with photos. I have a 2012 Taco also and find much about tacos and this issue in the Tacomaworld forums. I also am new to 2012 camry and am concerned about breaking plastic covers.

Might check at the toyotanation website as to someone doing this.

Recently my tailpark lights stopped working. Brake tail light back up all fine. I replaced the fuse and it worked until I turned the car off then on again. The fuse kept blowing. You might be able to find a replacement at a auto salvage yard.
