Anybody have this bumber Or have a better picture of it Photo is from grounddynamics.com Looking to find a new front bumper to work with the stock sport side skirts...

only 4 people on this board do and they all have different color cars IIRC and all have completely different &39themes&39 going on so the overall look is quite different even with the same kit on there. Though I&39m certain there&39s quite a few more than that out there that just aren&39t on these Forums it&39s certainly nowhere near played out. Maybe a couple hundred out of the quarter-million mazda6s

MAZDA 6 I GG GY tire wear frontback bias

Alright so the side to side wear of the stock suspension system has been discussed quite a bit (I have some pretty bad wear on the outsides so a new suspension setup will be coming soon). My question here though is for front to back wear. I just checked my tires this morning and my backs are almost completely bald (wear bars showing 232 left according to the quarter test). Checking my fronts I&39m finding that while the outsides are pretty bald the insides still have at least 332 or more left.[b] Have you checked your alignment recently My guess is incorrect toe settings in the rear are contributing to faster wear.

MAZDA 6 I GG GY Front turn signal bulb

Can anyone explain how to changereplace the front turn signal bulb I cannot seem to get the bulb out.

What you need to do is to first locate the bulb holder. Ive never seen one like the one on the 6 before. Its a long tube that holds the bulb on the end and twists into the connectoropening. There is a tabhandle on the end of the holder you need to twist about a quarter turn. Once youve done that you should be able to jiggle the tube and pull it out. When you pull the tube out the bulb is on the end.

MAZDA 6 I GG GY Replacing Front Pads Yourself

I&39ve searched forum and if I remember correctly I thought mazda6 Tech merged with mazda6 Club. There were links that showed how to change your front pads and along with size of star wrench needed. Does anyone know the size of star wrench & where are the maintenance topics

MAZDA 6 I GG GY Spider Cracking Front Bumper&33 Need Opinions

Well my front Fiberglass BR Bumper is spider cracking along the grille area. It&39s getting worse over time and I want to know what&39s causing this. The cracks are coming up and is making my car look horrible. Another one developed along the side of my bumper and on the passenger side above the foglights. It looks horrible And I can&39t believe that it&39s getting worse. What can I do to repair this

I did some more research and usually what causes spider cracking is that there is not enough flex agent at all in the paint. And now it makes sense since my car was painted from quarter panel on they didn&39t mix a separate paint for the bumper. They&39re definitely going to hear about this again. I hate looking at my baby like that.

I took my car to a very reputable body shop down here that does all of the work for show cars. And I got an estimate to fix all of the spider cracking and fixing all of the imperfections in the fiberglass. The price was 863 with the removal of bumper and headlights blending into the quarter panel and repairing all of the cracks on the bumper with tax and materials included. I think it&39s a pretty

MAZDA 6 I GG GY Error code P2179 and now P2187 after changing rear spark plugs and doing EGR mod

Hi I am stuck with my mazda 6s 2005 wagon throwing CEL error codes. I changed my front 3 spark plugs at 110000 km (8 months ago) and did not get any error codes. However yesterday at 122000 km I decided it was time to change my rear 3 spark plugs. I installed the same NGK Iridium plugs as the front plugs. While I had the Intake Manifold off the engine I decided to also do the EGR mod i.e. cut if off

MAZDA 6 I GG GY Intake Manifold Optimization

Most of us know by know that our IM doesnt do a great job of distributing air to the front bank of cylinders. There&39s is unfortunately not much we can do to improve this situation short of paying for a custom designed IM. MAZDA 6 I GG GY Mazdaspeed 6 rear bumper for 6S

I am guessing that it would fit but wondering if it have been done yet. Also the front bumper has anyone done either of these yet I really like the rear bumper and would do it if it is a direct fit and if I knew where to get one. And if someone sells the exhaust tips I am sure a exhaust shop could make it work. I am suprise I could not find any info on it being done. It would be a nice up grade IMO. So anyone do this yet or any input Thanks

Quote Yes.... see and everyone says the front won&39t fit.... but if you look at this picture this is the second car i have seen with the Speed6 bumper on a NA 6... The rear will go right on but is quite pricey. The bumper alone is 1507.15.

MAZDA 6 I GG GY exclusivity close to a Ferrari

this made me chuckle according to this guy on the a Ferrari forum there were around 8500 360 Modenas produced those production numbers are pretty close to the numbers that keep getting thrown around for the speed6. compared to the 360 in general yes the speed6 could be considered more rare but thats coparing a general model to a sub-model. speed6 compared to the Modena sub-model is bit more apples

Hey new to the forums so not sure if this is the right spot. Anyways Im getting my license next week and last Saturday I went to an auction and got a 2004 mazda6 for a pretty good price. MAZDA 6 I GG GY Aftermarket Sunroof

I bought this car with Nav but no sunroof as it was the last one on the lot that had black leather and not the white and black they had a GT with Nav and a sunroof but I passed on it. I&39ve seen adds for 800 they install a pop-up (not electric) sunroof wondering if anyone has done this or thought about it. Obviously I&39ve got the other power issues to deal with first but when it comes back from the

I spoke to my pal who owns a body shop......I asked him this same question about my Speed6 Sport. His reply was that when a OEM sunroof is installed they run lines between the outer layer of the roof and the inner layer that carry water into the A-Pillars or fenders in front and out into the quarter panels in the rear. He said that most aftermarket sunroof installers cut the hole mount the sunroof with the associated perimeter channel and hope that what water gets in the channel finds a way out the A-Pillar or quarter panel on its own. He says it is nearly impossable on most cars to get lines run from the channel to the quarters or fenders without cutting the car up completely. He says that because of this and the associated rust out liability...his shop will not install a aftermarket sunroof under any conditions. He would rather you go down the street and pay Joe-Blows auto body to do the job...and let Joe-Blow deal with any issues that most likely will arrise down the road. I respect Bill&39s honesty and ethics and I personally will not be second guessing his sound advice. He owns Dons Auto and frame in Morgantown WV he is not a fictional character but a 20 year body man and now owner of the shop that he has been working at for years. We all make our own decisions and I dont expect everyone to agree with my opinion or with Bill&39s. But just take it into the thinking.......where will the water go if it passes the outer seal and gets into the channel OEM hoses running the water out sound nice and warm...like a blanket on a cold evening. Water running around my cars inner sheet-metel trying to find a way out sounds like 1970&39s american cars with rotted fenders and what-not after 5 years

MAZDA 6 I GG GY Looking to get new HIDs...

I dont think the stock headlights project well enough for me. Before I buy anything I would like to know what everyone recommends for best visibility. So far Im looking at these HID Kits BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting DEPO - DDM Tuning and probably the 55W but that can always be changed since I havent bought anything yet. Im not very experienced so anything that takes alot of work (baking headlights) will probably not be for me. Also the MS6 bulb size for low-beams is D2S right

After leaving the stock ballast as it is and changing the lenses Ill admit that there was a huge improvement. Yeah the bulbs were changed but thats moot because they are basically the same bulbs as the stock ones except H1 instead of D2S still 35w (4500k-5000k bulb is not really different). Sure replacing the 35w stock ballast with a 55w ballast will make your lights brighter but that doesnt mean they will PROJECT further. Look at this photo of the stock lenses next to some clear lenses. If you just put brighter bulbs behind the same cloudy lenses yeah theyll be brighter but theyll probably still only project about the same distance in front of you as the old ones. If you want greater DISTANCE then I would say change the lenses first then think about upgrading to 55w if you want to blind little kids too. I once thought the same about just getting 55w HIDs which is why this thread came to exist. Once I changed the lenses I dont feel like I need 55w anymore. My lights now reflect off of signs a quarter mile away. Oh...and Im assuming you have a mazdaspeed 6 with stock HIDs. If you have halogens then yeah ANY HID kit will help

MAZDA 6 I GG GY A few questions. Please help

Hey guys. Im new here. I have a few questions about my 2003 mazda 6. Okay so it started shaking really bad one day so I knew it needed a tune up. So I gave it one. The shaking stopped. So I changed the valve cover gaskets and put new plugs and coils into 4 and 6 for a second time.

MAZDA 6 I GG GY AWR trans. mount review

So I just got the 70 durometer AWR mount installed. Initially I was surprised by how little vibration I felt in the cabin. I was expecting it to be more pronounced. There was a noticable change in the sound of the engine. It was much more aggressive. But it can be somewhat loud at certain rpms and maybe some would not like it. I think it sounds sick. Performance wise It definitely connected more directly.

and down as it sounds like a repeated sound under load. It&39s just about as loud as my exhaust note in the back of me. You can feel more vibrations when accelerating but nothing that&39s unbearable. MAZDA 6 I GG GY Shaving the Side Markers...

Yup. I had that crazy I need to do something new feeling this past weekend... What do you guys think Just get rid of the whole side marker Shave it paint it back to the factory color I think I would look pretty clean with the door guards removed... Let me know what you think Can anyone photoshop that image Thanks -jbljunkie

I was thinking of that the other day. I think it&39s a great idea. While your at it maybe install real side markers in the upper quarter panel where they belong like the european models. I don&39t think it would qualify as a cheap mod though. Alot goes into filling in a hole that big. And wouldn&39t the entire front quarter panel need to be sanded and painted to make it look even
