drive it like your grandma for 5 minutes and then tell you it drives just like any other 6. I had probs with my 1st 6 it was like the clutch & accelerator were sometimes connected with rubber bands instead of cablehydraulics. My dealer almost had me believing I didn&39t know how to drive. I&39ve only been at it 30 years been doing it for longer than some of their Techs have been on the planet. mazda

Quote Yeah i think that every autozone has those signs Check engine light for Free but their scaners sucks or are not compatible... few weeks ago i had the same problem and i took it to autozone to scan it and it was like Link Error so i found me 3 days later at the dealership for service... and there were a few problems with my car... so i think it would be better if u just go to ur local mazda dealership
KWH have you ever seen an OEM (Original equipment Manufacturers) list of cars mazda doesnt make every single thing on that car or van they hardly make anything nowadays. So to just generalize and judge mazda as a whole because of someone elses parts failing is assinine. As for replacing the brake pads twice in 60000 those pads last a good long time for an automatic transmission vehicle I find people
it breaks and I have the funds to fix it...I do. If it breaks and I am broke....lol... It sets. My wife drives a Ford Excursion that she does the daily kid hauling in does the grocery shoping in and I use it to sled pull as well. I get top 5 finishes in the Diesel Street Open class in my wifes child hauler...yes it is a runner. But it makes me back money as I sale parts. Hence...why I want the mazda

I saw posts in another thread about this what are you stuck on Out the top means Exh manis off. Out the front means complete but youll be recharging the AC which is likely due for fresh oil and 134 anyways. Kinda depends what you have at your disposal. If limited by overhead space the front is a good option for most of us. If you have real tall jack stands and are not taking your life in your hands
Ok guys there are couple of things i forgot to mention 1st The mazdaFord Dealer in this country is the one and only one and they have not been any reliable whatsoever. They didn&39t have even oil filters for my car when i wanted to change oil. they didn&39t know what tools to use for taking off the filter. Once my window was loose it was coming up crooked. Tooked it in so they fix it. Stayed

a CEL. It was after midnight and I do not have the equipment to check the CEL. So the next morning the CEL is on and I go to work. During my break I head to the get the CEL checked and there is no more light. Car has been running fine but is there a way for me to still see what code was causing that CEL Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. Sorry for the long post. [b] Go to Rosenthal mazda
if that is infact a correct statement if you have all of the right equipment how much would larger pistons cost EDIT I did a 10 minute quick search on the internet and new forged pistons for a v6 engine would be anywhere from 150 to 350 dollars.. im not a pro on this but if we could get our cars to run at 3.5L&39s couldnt we just use pistons from the new duratec engine coming out Nissan&39s 3.5L pistons
Ide personally buy the parts and have them shipped to you. Ive gone the prebuilt engine route and ill never do that again. I good tip to find a good engine builder is to log onto a local racing forum and ask the guys on there who is building the best race engines and then goto the shop and talk to the guy and check out his equipment and actual race experience. Thats how I found mine and I am very happy with him and he isnt listed in the phone book and works out of his back yard.

Quote All the emission equipment (including all cats) on the car is covered by an 80K mile warranty. (By law)[b] I&39ve dealt with the noise for so long I know how to prevent it. (just keep the rpms below 3k lol) but yeah I know about the cat&39s being covered by the 80k warranty.. but do THEY know that Which if they try to say now that its bad cat&39s and that I have to pay then I&39ll know they were B.S.ing me the whole time and will raise hell... lol But seriously I ordered the Magnaflow cat-back but I&39m going to take my car in to get it inspected before that.. If its the muffler or whatever I guess I&39ll know when I put the catback on.. otherwise it has to be the cats.. and as said above it explains the smell.. They sure do seem to not want to fix these things.. lol.. Cleaning oil from the exhaust After 4 months any oil thats on there should be burned off.. unless its leaking from the oil filter.. I bet they didnt put the oil filter on tight and it started leaking.. The part they are probably talking about is in the front of the car right below the oil filter. I don&39t see how oil would get anywhere else. I also just thought that possibly my exhaust is hitting the tow hook in the back that could cause the rattle.. but that doesnt explain the smell.. of course I&39m not a mazda technician so I can&39t give the logical reasons of Bad Gas and No problem found

Thanks for the feedback. Ive never had to look into the lemon law. I aways thought you had to have repeated problems with the same issue. I really feel that they should replace it. The engine is the core of the car and if it was miss firing that could affect all sorts of equipment - emisions intake etc. Plus what in the hell happened to it over the 420miles before I bought it that would cause this failure rant
the ULEV stuff... i am not sure what is added... does anyone have regular LEV When i got my car it had ULEV on it too i had no choice it was automatically on the car.
I think it might be a second o2 sensor on the exhaust pipes...
QUOTE (ttshark Aug 4 2009 1055 PM) Quote Could just be a set of coincidences. Your alternator sounded like the problem the first time. Perhaps the battery died after that trip. What battery are you using Just some cheapo one[b] I am going to agree with TTshark above. The battery should be replaced if it is near three years old in your case. Idling problems can be caused by very low voltage or after
What about the difference in price ... compared to a 2.0l gas same equipment
BTW there is a nice SuperTest in the november no. of the French LAutoMobile... for those understanding french sarc Even though I never learn any French in school (bad for me ... got those Russian second foregn language mandatory times ... So i was being lazy and wanted to get a second set of ears on the issue. So i took it to the dealer and one of their mechanics automatically decided that my CAI TB spacer and the fact that I ran the coolant bypass is the issue and he really did not want to touch it. But he states that it could be an issue with the PCV valve and hose or something along those lines. He wants me to revert back to stock
I was looking for info. on the CAN compatible scanners. What is CAN and how is it different from just regular OBDII i couldn&39t find any scanners that specifically said CAN compatible i was thiking of just buying one if i can get one for no more than 70. I am going to autozone in a few minutes to see if they can scan it i have a feeling they won&39t have the updated equipment though but it&39s worth

This is from 6crew where I have been on and off following this item for 2 years. Not sure if it will be worth the 499 price either. I think there could possibly be a group buy for them so Id be interested then if the price is right. Quote Just an FYI. A retrofit on a mazda Miata was done with our ignitors and our EFX Super Coils. Looks to be working nicely. Improved engine response and smoother power
I&39m going to try to answer this question a little vaguely so that this may help everyone regardless of which two specific springs or shocks they&39re looking at. On shocks Dampers (shocks) are valved for a specific natural frequency of the vehicle. Since the mazdaspeed6 is a heavier vehicle than the normal &396 and adding weight lowers the natural frequency of the vehicle the Bilsteins will be able

The PCM then commands a pulse width modulated solenoid to apply an appropriate amount of vacuum on-time. The 120hp engine is available only in the low-range model of the mazda 6 (Confort here in Portugal). You can only get the 136hp engine if you take more equipment.
