Thankyou for your replies the other day regarding the airbag warning light. I have now managed to hook the doblo upto multiecuscan and it has given two faults 39 & 196 Control unit fault Control unit fault & ECU Supply Voltage Thanks
Hi mateyboy I have a fiat doblo 1.2 petrol so unsure if it will be in the same place. If it is it is situated and the back of the gearbox on the floor covered by a plastic cover held down by two nuts. Hope this helps and good luck with your problem Im currently having a problem resetting the airbag light as well.
51705343 is the part number but it will be likely this number is old and superseded so you might have to ask at local dealership. Are you sure the ecu is at fault as they are normally very reliable and might just need reset or water from the heater matrix connections has leaked onto the ecu connector. PLEASE be careful when working on airbag systems
