I hope to start putting a Hemi in mine by mid to late august. not for the tight budget or the faint at heart. parts alone total right now is 7K. I will do all but the welding and exhaust myself. FORD F150 Ran out of gas with a 14 tank on hill

JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE starting issues

Ok I know we all have one of these. 2000 wj 4.7. Having issues starting and running at low rpm. It will start if I put my foot down on the gas pedal. And I have to put into neutral and rev at 1500 rpm so it wont die at stop signs. No cel or p codes . Any help is greatly appreciated.
