MITSUBISHI i 2008 MN6 coupe I want a 135mph trapping pump gas car.

However I do not want to install headers and end up with a sticking clutch pedal I do not want to deal with meth injection and I would rather not change the clutch. I dont plan on running slicks the car will mostly be used for launching horribly at the strip and weekly runs in mexico to 180-200mph. Can this be done reliably with a V3 SI & 3.6 pulley and the standard A&A kit or should I go buy a ZR1GTR

NISSAN Hesitate to go when pressing the fuel pedal

My versa had 50000 km on it. Recently when we stop at red light and pick up again it seems hesitate to go ( or going slowly) not until the engine is running at close to 3000 rpm. Why is it like this Is it because of the fuel pump or the transmission Is it under the powertrain warranty Your advise is appreciated.

KIA MAGENTIS I GD Brake Feel

My Optima 2004 LX V6 has a rather soft feel to the brake pedal and it has only a few thousand miles on it (always been like this). Just drove a 2005 for a few days and the brakes feel much firmer. Does your 2004 have a soft brake pedal I realize that if it&39s my car only than I will have to bleed the brakes but if it&39s everyones than why bother

I&39m in Oz and my Optima has a soft feeling brake pedal compared with the usual run of the mill of local product here. I have had experience with mitsubishi vehicles over the years and the Optima pedal feel would be comparable. The Optima is largely based on the mitsubishi sedan from a few years ago.

Between the twos personally Optima is a distinctly better car. Conversely impression on Japs models were that many of them might have stagnated since the mid-90s unless you opt for the premium edition of each models. They have now focused much on face-lift asthetics and obviously lavish commercials. Perhaps the Korean Sirius II engine could be a refinement reflecting the complacency of mitsubishi.

BMW SERIES 3 E46 burnt clutch

Need some advice. I burnt my clutch going to the dodgers game last night. I was going up a hill and a terrible burning smell came. Towards the end of the drive the gear started to slip. I didnt think much of it as this has happenned to another car of mine and wasnt a major problem. Anyways after the game 3 hours the car still had the smell. The clutch became really stiff. Also I could not shift the

more went wrong and i basically was helpless to the dealer who controlled me and finally convinced them to take the car back. In order for them to do this of course i had to pick on off of their crappy lot. I found the best one i could find with the lowest amount of miles as i feared people not taking care of their cars for anything over 30K would toss major problems into my hands. I found a 96 mitsubishi

NISSAN Mazda 3

My plan was to keep this car forever but two factors play into this I cannot get up my driveway when theres more than an inch of snow (its a VERY long graded driveway that is plowed by the condo association) and the car is aging... by the time its paid off it should have nearly 200000 miles on it. What will I replace it with Id like it to be another Versa however I need traction control. Plain and

stalls (automatic tranny). So I think that is all interrelated. We just havent had time to take it in. As far as getting up your driveway...the Mazda isnt going to really be any different. She scraps on curbs just like I do. Some people are like Slinkies...Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs. NISSAN Tell me about remote starters

Thats what the wife wants for Xmas this year. Ive never had one in fact none of my cars have ever had remote locks either so Im a complete noob. How do they work how do you tell whats a good starter who is good to install it etc. I know nothing Oh yeah its for an automatic-equipped Mazda 5 not my Versa. Can you even put a remote start on a manual-trans car Pretend my sig is funny.

Most cars have a clutch switch which requires the cluth pedal to be pressed before starting. This might be able to be wired around...but then you have to ask yourself....what if you leave the car in gear and it tries to start Some people are like Slinkies...Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs. AUDI A4 B5 Drag race or Auto X

Alright guys and girls this thread is more or less me thinking out loud and wanting to get some of your thoughts Ok here is where I am I want to race simple and easy. MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C III 204 C300 dynoed

Hello everyone. I just wanted to share my recent dyno results to the W204 community. I went to a local dyno here in Columbia SC and go 2 runs in. The first run was 196.7 whp and the second was 207.0 whp and 196.1 wtq. This was done on a dynomite dynometer which applies load on the drivetrain similar to a mustang dyno. It was about 72 degrees. I have installed the kn filters as my only mod. I also have a 6-spd manual with the 18 AMG rims. I will scan the dyno sheets this afternoon

Your modern ECU makes MILLIONS of calculations a second to determine how much fuel to tell the high pressure sensor to inject into the cylinders for any given throttle depression. Most modern cars dont even have a metal cable between the accelerator pedal & the throttle body - its all electronic fly by wire. To pay extra for 98RON over 95RON is a BIG mistake if you have a modern car (2000 on). You WILL get a slightly cleaner engine - if you plan to run the car for 10 years. Otherwise you are just throwing your hard earned cash down the toilet. And in my experience you will see a REDUCTION in your mpg. Just fill up with ASDA 95RON Unless you run a Subaru Imprezza or a mitsubishi Evo or something with a big turbo .

MERCEDES BENZ SLK R171 Lets get some facts straight SLK350 vs BoxsterS

In sports car shopping the statement was made that that boxster S is faster than the slk 350. It is not. 0-100 kmh for slk 350 with 7G auto 5.5s 0-100 kmh for boxster S with manual 5.5s (With tiptronic it is 6.3s) Now for an important consideration. Most of us are car enthusiasts with reasonably good driving skills but we are not professionals. These times with the manual boxster S (and all other manual

to get the manual into the right gear. Waiting for something to happen versus using a clutch pedal and a gear lever are very different experiences. Conclusion the auto may well be slightly quicker against the clock but it doesnt feel it. The manual is more satisfying to drive. Great summary. I strongly agree with your comment regarding the sensation of speed. Several friends of mine own an 05 mitsubishi
