MERCEDES BENZ CLASS V 6382 Repair manual for VITO 113 petrol

Hi all I could not find a section in the forum with PDFs or download links for repar manuals. May be because I am new here... My vito 113 has seen many miles and has no power to go up hills now the speed drops to 40-50mh. It does not sound like it fires on all cilinders so I tryed to check the spark plugs but could not even see them It might be a different reason for the power loss but I had to start from some where... Any ideas are welcome. Thank you.

Just to update you on my problem. I still could not find a manual for my vito 113 but I took it to a garage and they changed the leads to the spark plugs. Now the engine runs smooth and clibs up hills a lot easyer than before. The only outstanding problem now is that the engine does not go above 4500 revs. May be this is a factory made rev limiter but I am not sure.

Sorry for this late response Ive not visited in awhile. The C-class 111. is same block and heads with a different intake system design and totally different ECU. The engine bay of the 113 wont allow for the space and plumbing of the supercharger. If you really want to free up more power albeit in baby steps Id suggest starting with the basics 1) Reduce friction throughout the entire drivetrain beginning

I was considering this a while back and was told of a mobile guy who would come to you to drill out injectorsglow plugsspark plugs. He was slightly more expensive but depending on the job easier than ripping out everything. I still have the number for a guy in the west country (under the snow at the minute) drop me a message if thats helpful.

Hi all my problem with my vito 113 petrol 1998 is sometimes stalls smells of bad eggs and gunpowder (running too rich) at take-off it usually dies (like your taking off in 2 or third gear) and sometimes backfires until revs are up fuel consumption is crap. To add to an old thread I have a small quantity of oil that accumulates in the coolant expansion tank. V6 petrol engine btw. No coolant in the oil and no overheating nor any other signs pointing to the head gasket. It could still be head gasket even if coolant isnt getting into the oil so thats not a clear indication.
