Hi I am new to this forum I am wondering if someone can help with the following for some unknown reason my two years old niece threw several coinscents in the rear quarter panel (through the seat belt opening) on the passenger side. Before you take a poor friend for a ride I would check the bushings. Should be real easy to do. Generally what makes clanking noise is metal on metal contact. If it were shocks your car would just feel real bouncy. Test this by pressing down on the quarter pannel and see if the car bounces up and down when you let go.

Anyone have any thoughts as to which is the best method Dent is accessible from behind the rear quarter interior trim behind the driver. Its just above the front of the wheel arch. One shop said they would do a glue pull. Its a sad week... Ill have to say goodbye to my clk430. Was driving from Houston to Dallas and a pickup truck rear ended me. I wanted it fixed but the insurance said it would cost too much and are calling it a total loss. I loved this car.. sleek reliable and fun to drive.

First Autohaus Az is a great place to get replacement instrument bulbs. They show four different bulbs for my 99 clk 320 and I bought all four to have on hand - much less expensive than the dealer. My problem is that the tach side of my cluster is not illuminnated. I pulled out the cluster and checked all of the three types of Osram color coded bulbs that plug into the rear and all seem to be fine.

The issue is that the rear seat and quarter panels need to be removed. If I recall correctly then AllData budgets 3.4 hours for one main lift and 4 hours for both.
