Hey. A little thread about my car and sound system. Is not done much with the car right now just a little damping in the boot-lid. In the winter times it is unfavorable without hot garage to carry on. Actually have all plans ready but tips of changes will be received with thanks. And constructive criticism is appreciated. The aim is to make it look stock OEM. When I want to participate in EMMA Master
Hello I have a kia ceed
2007 1.4 Petrol. I am in Ireland. The car is exiting warranty in a few days. As it will no longer be on warranty I am looking at converting it to run on LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas). I and my wife drive a significant mileage now (upwards of 20k km a year) and I dont think we can afford to get a new(ish) diesel car now so LPG seems like the preferred way to bring fuel costs down.
jajceko you really can add a turbo to the engine Would that require some tricky ECU programming too And thanks - you are the first person I encounter with some real ceed LPG experience Ive been to the kia garage today for the last check before the car gets out of warranty. It appears that if I do get serious valve seat recession I might be down about a thousand Euro for a rebuild of the cylinder hear

Hey Unlucky I have a 2010 1.4 Proceed Strike think its the same small petrol engine as the VR7. To be honest the engines a little weak BUT I get on with it and with 8000 miles on the clock its definitely performing better than 6 months ago. Personally though I love this little car it looks lovely handles well & you can throw it round corners or roundabouts at good speed. The equipment level at this

Yesterday I got hold of a bluetooth OBD reader to provide a few moments of amusement. I havent run it with the engine
on yet but one thing has already caught my attention. Of the static parameters the car reports coolant temperature intake temperature and ambient air temperature. Coolant and intake are as expected. Ambient temperature is reported as -40C. It is obviously a different sensor to the one

Just a quick thread to say goodbye. I have just bought a kia
2.0 CRDI Sport for a good price and couldnt resist it. Maybe it was the leather seats maybe the toys (cruise climate etc) maybe the warranty I dunno but it seemed like a great package and drove very nicely. I have really enjoyed my time with the Bravo it really is a unique car in this segment and has been a pleasure to own and run.
and thy were comfortable and relaxed cruisers. Did about 600 miles in each (mainly motorway and inner city little bit of backroad blasting). Was really surprised at how much better the 1.6 CRDI pulled than my 1.9 120 Mjet although this is now an older engine and realise that the Fiat 1.6 120 is probably just as good if not better than the 1.6 CRDI. These rentals are what ultimately led me to the kia
