JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Seat Covers for your backseat

Im looking for some ideas as far as a seat cover to my backseat. Ive never seen anything sold. Anybody have any on theirs Id love some ideaspics. Thanks

Mopar has wet suit style seat coversthe set includes FR covers for the seats.

I honestly believe it was 150. I know it isnt exactly cheap but they are worth it to me. Im sure you know how easy those seats stain and with the covers being custom so they form to the seats (which even the headrests and if you get the front seats 150 also you get a console cover as well) and dont look cheap and honestly like you had the seats redone. Now when you first put them on it may take a day

Oh and P.S. It splits the back seats so you can still lay them down without a problem which is a plus

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Help with seat covers...

I have a 2005 jeep liberty Limited. I have the same problem as everyone else with the seats staining. After I clean them following the TSB instructions I want to install a nice set of seat covers. The problem is that I have the highback front seats (head rest and seat all once piece) and I am having a really hard time finding seat covers to fit. All the ones I have found so far are for seats with detached

Yeah the Wet Okoles are definitely pricey. I like the jeep licensed ones the best but not having any luck finding the ones for the high back front seat. The jeep ones are only about 300 for both front seats and the back. The Wet Okoles are about 600 for both and in my opinion they dont look half as nice. I wonder if a dealer can order the jeep licensed

Quote Unfortunately those are the ones with the separate head rest. My front seats are high rise. Thanks for the info though. The one in the picture may be for low back seats but the part number 82209323 is for high back seat covers. You can verify this info (and get them much cheaper) on other mopar parts websites you just have to do a little searching for the best price. btw i have katzkin seat covers and they are much better than the original cloth seat covers...but not worth the price.

This is confusing eh My back seats are low with the detached headrests but my front seats are high. The head rest is all together with the seat. So back seats are low and front seats are high. I saw on jeeps

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Anyone had a problem with seat covers

I was wondering if when you put seat covers on the rear seats does it restrict their folding down so they are at an even greater incline (04 models and before this problem was fixed on the 05) Thanks stephen

I havent had any problems with the folding of the rear seats. The only issue Ive had with the rear seat cover is that occassionally after folding and unfolding the seats one of the seat belt buckles gets stuck under the covers and has to be coaxed back out. jeeps seat covers even come with nifty cutouts on the back so that I can still use my grocery hooks

It would cost more to reholster the seats. I can see the catch 22 but the felt on the back of the seats is easier to tear than neoprene plus neoprene is easier to clean. Thank you Steven73 for pointing out the catch 22 it is a different viewpoint that I didnt think of...

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Adding cushion to seats

Hi Folks I got a Sport 04. Well the seats aint bad for me but the wife recently was in a wreck and her backs a bit sensitive. I was wondering if you any of you have any ideals on making the seats a bit more plush() or softer. I was thinking of maybe the following.... 1. Seat covers and adding cushions between them and the seat 2. Call around for wrecked liberty limited editions for extra seats 3. Get a trailer throw a lazy boy in it..and just haul wife around..ok just kidding lol. Thanks

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE just bought 06 liberty- need seat covers

anyone have advice on the best seat covers for a 06 liberty any help is greatly appreciated.

A number of Libby owners on another forum have used these covers from Iggee and are very pleased with them. They arent 23 bucks but theyre designed to look OEM - or at least very nice aftermarket. A friend put a set on his GMC 3500 and they look great. Warning They truly fit like a glove so its a squeeze getting them over some seats so best to take your seats out to install them. A fairly easy task on the Libbys front and back seats. Bob

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Seat Covers

I have seen on eBay they are selling those 50 seat covers claiming to fit on liberty Sports.. I sent them several e-mails asking if they would fit on Ltds they simply said yES and said to call them.. Well I checked what they were selling and it seems it should only fit on sports because of the head piece being one piece with the seat itself.. on ltds head piece comes off and dont think it will fit

What do you think Does the Ebay version have something for the back seat Edgar

nope.. i looked for back seat but failed to find anything.. Front seats are good enough for me only problem is that they are for sport.. not for LTD so that worries me a lot..

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Cargo area covers with storage

On the lookout for cargo liners that also go up the back of the rear seats that have storage pockets a bit like these httpwww.quadratec.comproducts14070_902X_PG.htm Does such a thing exist Dont mind if I get just the rear seat back cover on its own as I can source a cargo tray easily enough. Need some protection on the seat rears from the dogs & places to put water for the hounds & boots etc. thanks

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Thinking about a liberty gas mileage lift engine

I currently own a 00 tj and a 02 Wj overland. My girlfriend drives the wj and she likes it alot but doesnt like the gas mileage it gets. It has a 3 inch lift and around 31s and gets somewhere around 10-12 in the city and maybe 14-15 on the highway On a really good day doing 60-65 with no wind it might pull off 16-17. I know for a fact these these numbers are dead on and the speedo is perfect. (i put

Stock I say around 16 city and 22-ish highway. On a tank I saw about 320 miles a tank combined or 17-18 mpg. With lift and 245 tires I see around 270 miles a tank so 14 mpg combined. I also added a roof rack at the same time as the lift and tires and I know that does not help either. My repairs on my jeep consisted of front axle and ball joint (covered under warranty even with the lift) and a window

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE 05 Liberty vs. 05 Xterra

Hi Did anyone do any comparison shopping on these vehicles They seem fairly closely matched in specs.

Last year when I was looking at vehicles it came down to a liberty and an XTerra and they both were very similar. I think the XTerra has definately improved but I still prefer my jeep. In 2004 although both had 215hp I felt that the liberty felt quicker more powerful and overall was a better ride. Cargo space was identical mpg were similar and price was close. The main difference I noticed were the

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Cargo Area Protection

Its been forever since Ive posted here as I spend most of my time on our club forum. I think I posted something like this many many months ago but cant remember so Im doing it now. We have a bulldogbassett hound mix that has short hair. When he is in the back those hairs get in the carpet and on the back of the rear seats and its nearly impossible to get out. Does anyone make a cargo cover that covers

I know what you mean. I have a Dalmation that has to be the worst at sheding Ive ever seen. It wasnt so bad to clean the Dodge Ram but the liberty is awful. My dog is usually in my jeep every weekend and we just cover the seats and back with sheets. Its ugly but effective. Good luck in finding your covers.

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Seat Wiring

I have an 03 liberty Sport with the cloth high back buckets. I will be installing heaters in the seats within a day or two. Had a look tonight to see just how big a job thisll be. Im told the seat covers are held on by Velcro and that part of it looks easy. There are a variety of wires going into the seats and I assume that one (some) of these relate to the airbag system. So heres the thing - is there

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE New Guy in the House...Need customization pointers

Hey all My names Josh Im new to this site and I just wanted to say Whats Up Im working on selling my Custom Chevy and taking over payments from a family member on their liberty. I have plans on customizing the liberty and had a few questions for those who have done the same. Hopefully yall can maybe chime in and advise me on what to do or not to do. 1. Id like to do one of those 2.5 lift kits like

Quote Nice did you do it yourself If so how hard was it What type of paint did you use Im just wondering if this is an easy thing to do without using professional services as the black looks so much nicer than the grey especially on a white jeep where theres black handles and mirrors. Yea did it myself over a weekend. There are two ways to do it...if you arent concerned about removing putting the flaresbumpers

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Uto CRD is making a strange sound when shut down EGR 25k miles

Ok i think the EGR is bad sounds like a solenod going brrrrrrrrrr pause brrrrrrrrrrr pause brrrrrrrrrrr well you get the idea and makes this noise when running. Its an 2005 CRD 25k miles. Anything else i should have done while the jeeps in the shop I asked about TSBs updates and stuff they look at me like a dumb. Does chrysler not want to fix cars or jeeps.

The first month of ownership the key was stuck in the ignition and wouldnt come out i had that

have 50K miles you should be using the now EPA required ULSD fuel(shipping out to distributors 102006) which will do away with the problems that cause the EGR valve to fail I agree the lower ball joints are a poor design every time you hit a bump they are trying to be ripped apart Im sure the engineer who came up with that design has been promoted to do something else like fabric selection for jeep

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE New Libbys What duya think

I recently was on the msn homepage and this jeep ad for a 05 rubby fell in front of my eyes. Have you seen the 05s and what do ya think I think the bumpers the side marker lights and the fog lights in the grill are horrendously UGLY. IMO...

done doing) and provide a great spread of light not just narrow beams. The fog lights may look cheap as stated above but theyre very sturdy and dont require covers (Replacing Hella lights on my TJ due to desert rocks has educated me about strenght). Personally I dont see whats appealing about the frog eyes of the other non-Renegades- but I also think the original Willys MB is the best looking jeep

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Jeep Premiere Night 2005

Anyone going to the jeep Premiere Night 2005 at your local dealer Im going to mine Beaver Motors Rt 522 Beaver Springs PA. Enjoy undefined

I went last night and got the compass. Looked around here are my impressions of the new Liberties vs. my 2003 Renegade. 1. I didnt like the new seats that are thinner. I love my current frontrear seats just fine. Very comfortable. The new seats looks cheap first of all. Thats just what hit me when I first saw them. When I sat on them they feel a little stiffer. On the plus side it seems to be lower

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Difference between the MOPAR Cargo Tray and Cargo Liner

Apparently MOPAR makes a Cargo Tray for the KK that goes for 72 and a Cargo Liner that goes for 101. But I cant find pictures of either anywhere. Anybody have a picture of one or both or know what the difference is Also Im looking for some nice all-weather slush mats but the only ones MOPAR has for the KK arent very attractive. I believe these are the ones they have for the KK httpwww.justforjeeps.comslushmats.html

I believe that the Mopar cargo tray fits the cargo compartment when the back seats are up and is molded and has side ridges to catch a spill. The Mopar cargo liner fits from on top of the folded down back seats and then covers the entire back area all the way to the tailgate. I dont have pics. The Husky Brand floor mats and cargo liner are real good in my opinion. The Weathertech ones are also very

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Jeep Upholstery Staining

Hello all My wife has a jeep liberty 2005 3.7L. I am looking for a resolution to an persistant problem. Plain water stains the upholstry. We have taken it back to the dealership several times they tried cleaning it but it only made it worse. We have gone as far up the supervisory chain as we are allowed to go including the District Customer Service Representitave for the Chrysler Corp. If others are

JEEP LIBERTY CHEROKEE Installing the light bar

Hey if I bought the factory light bar kit and had it installed at the dealer how much do you think they would charge me I tried calling this place near me that does car work and they said they wouldnt be able to do it.

You know...I guess my dealer isnt all that bad...They did install my cargo liner...Even if they didnt allow it to uncurl first...They put it in for FREE They also was going to install my cargo net for a Freebie as well...But I found it didnt work for what I wanted it for. The 2004 style dont have the same brackets as a 2002-2003 model. And there isnt even instructions for my year. And...It sits far

JEEP CHEROKEE New 1996 Jeep Cherokee County (Red)XJ owner......Hi

Hello everyone. I recently retired my 1991 Ford Areostar with 175000 miles and bought my first jeep. Its only and two wheel drive urban vehicle but it was in pristine condition with only 77000 miles on it. This is one of the finest cars I have every bought used. It has a good stiff ride and its very fast at the low end verses my old 3.0 Areostar. The radio unfortunately sucks (trying to remedy that)
