The first problem would be that the bravO doesnt have a rear door -P. You probably have a brava As to the answer to the question I have no idea. My driver door is starting to have a similar problem. (Requiring a yank on the handle to get it open. Just pulling doesnt cut it most of the time)
Actually just wrong section as I think the car in question is new bravo. 57 plate.... silly brits
The linkage from the exterior handle to the latch is probably fooked. Havent got this experience directly with fiats but have had it with Alfa 147s. A poxy little plastic clip has either broken or come adrift of its mounting. It is a fun game getting right inside the door to even see the problem let alone fixing it. You will probably find the plastic bit (or bits of the plastic bit) down in the botton of the door between the inner & outer panels - if you are able to see that far. Best of luck.
Does anyone have any ideas out there please i am only stuck on the window winder because i dont know how it comes off as i cant see no screws really desperate cheers.
Only just read this push the door card inwards and you will see a horse shoe shape clip behind the winder handle it only comes off one way and it will be tight. I bent the end of an old screwdriver and used that to pull the clip off.

Just in case someone cares...i think the top one is the standard spoiler off a HLX Bravo... (im sure thats what i got from scrappies which was off a HLX)
Thanks for that Adrian but having already done my little research locally Ive found out that original Marea handles cost roughly 45 euro each over here 23% VAT. The fiat 500 handles are just great but the thing is I have a brava that needs four of them - front and rear. Once I get a quote from that Polish fellow Ill leave a note here as well.

Many thanks for the link. Its just what I was looking for.
I dont see how a scrappy could help I think all bravas have the red plastic so unless you find a random clear piece of plastic that you could mould into the correct shape i have no idea. This is the brava Bravo setup Standard system - 4 x 15W Front 2 x tweeters (dash 1 or 1.5 40W) 2 x elliptic (oval) mid-woofers (door 130mm x 180mm 5 x 7 30W) rear 2 x full range (parcel shelf 130mm 5.25 30W) So the door speakers work with the tweeters to give the full range and the rear speakers on their own give the full range. The front door and rear speakers are different sizes and work slightly

For the price of the kit your not too far or a new pair of 5x7s httpwww.caraudiocentre.co.ukcate...kers_c-999.htm Or am I missing something like an oddball mount like on the brava rears that leave a big gap round the speaker edge for the bass to diffract round
Im doing the same thing with the door and rear speakers - cutting up the old ones and using the plastic frame as a mount for new speakers. For the door speakers I think youre right... cut away the central gubbins and the plastic bars that support it all. Then Im fairly sure standard 5x7 components or 2-ways will fit the mounting holes (you may need to cut bits of the extended plastic lip to allow them

As your ears are not in your feet. Manufacturers ofen put mid range speakers in the front doors as they are too big to go elsewhere. To get round this they use component speakers which
fit them in the standard place you wont be able to see them. the rear door cards dont have much space behind them so if you did want to fit them there you would need to use pods attached to the door cards.
I am 100% certain the brava MK2 shares the same front doors as a Marea. Checked it up on eper . The rear doors are a different part numbers. So i guess they are different in some way. A brava MK1 front doors also seem to be a different part number and are not shared with the Marea.
Marea rear doors are square topped. brava curve down to form the rear quarter
front tweeters and removed the old door speakers. Pushed the old wiring out the way and replaced with some 13cm Boschmann Components and tweeters on the dash and they are wired to a 300watts per channel amp going through crossovers. With new tweeters i can have more sound in the front and more thump thump in the back from the 2 subs. Hope this helps but i guess its down to personal prefference. fiat
but theyre already smoked and they look cool. tinting spray can be got but those rear lights are one of the best bits on a bravo and are best left alone Met Cognac 99 brava 100 HSX what do you want cupholders open door warning light grow up
i have the original fiat head unit(the casette one) with 4 wire. when i bought the Bravo the speakers just in the doors but wire is everywhere. i bought 2 treble speakers for front thats working. but the rear cable doesnt work. i get out the radio there is 2 connecto one is the powering (4 wire) the second is the speakers(4 wire). now the question is where the rear speakers wire ends and how can i connect to the radio or some another wire to work. Thanks forspent time for me TunnedBravo5
Hi Close the door. look at the gap round it look at the gap between door and wing door and rear quarter and the gap between the door frame at the top where it meets the roof. Put your head against the front wing and look down the car. Do the doors sit flush Also put your head against rear quarter. look down the car to the front again does the door sit flush As posted above check the rubber door seals
yeah id say theyre gonna be expensive the marea headlamp washer jets cost twice as much as the black brava ones. best buy from a scrapyard. get all rear ones. then thieving scum cant break your locks 99 brava 100 HSX with not enough mods
Just read your car is a Bravo MK2 SX ok. I assume your locking is fine its just not unlocking. Ok lets first rule out the wire your already connected too is the right one. Firstly lets make sure we are both talking about the same set of wires at the same location. Alarm fitters connect the central locking wires to any section of wire on the wiring loom behind the set of fuses on the driver side to
if i get bored i think im going to get some darker mk2 door cards (and rear door cards if you can call them that on a bravo) and try to fit my current material to the darker plastics. that would finish my 2 tone interior plastics off perfectly. actually the more i think about it the more i want to do it.
I think youre getting confused (or I am) The standard Bravo handles are rubber. You cant paint these it all just flakes off again (I stupidly actually tried this before getting the new ones ) What you need to get if you want to paint them (like the ones I painted in the pic above) are Marea handles. These are hard plastic not rubber and are made to be painted as they are on Mareas. So they wont weather
