FIAT BRAVA 182 Loose door handle

Hey guys on my brava 99 I have the drivers handle very loose it jiggles a lot.... I was wondering does this hapens often Im gonna have to remove the inside pannels of the door and the mouldings to tighten it. Should this be a problem or is it easy Thanxall.

Should be pretty simple. Sounds like a nut has loosened on the inside. Follow part of the mare handle guide on the BOO site. Explains how to take panels off and original Bravo handles. Dont make the same mistake i did and take all the mouldings off etc (inc window switches) and realise your window is down which then blocks ur access to the nut Link here httpwww.bravo-guide.co.ukmod-a-bravo.htmhandle

FIAT BRAVA 182 Door handles again but different

Was at the scrappies today attempting to extract the quality door handles I have mentioned in other threads. I had a problem with the lever (or pins) that connect the the external handle to the internal handle and the internal door locking button. Basically they were total barstewards to disconnect. I lost the first pin retaining clip down the door innards attempting to remove the second (the one the

FIAT BRAVA 182 Van with a difference.

Heres the replacement for my highly abused yet extremely reliable Bravo.... Another Bravo Im moving up a year here Not going to be bitten like the last time this is going to have a strip down and re-rustproof with a few bits to be thrown in too (copper lines all round are in the plans). Most importantly this car is going to be converted to a van and painted black with some toys installed... More pics soon Joshhh liked this post

Update time First of all I havnt been able to do much but all will be explained why further down Remember this nasty dent Good ridance It was time for the engine swap. The thoughts of butchering my old car... It is only temporary though Now I didnt get many pictures of fitting the engine as it got very dark very quick. So well move onto this Im painting my speedo clocks with a white surround more pics of that when its done Time for the interior. Ill be retrimming the cards and roof lining in white leather to match the seats this means hacking up the door cards All was going well untill one moulding decided to be stubborn. So I put all my effort into cutting it big mistake. The knife slipped and the knife went into my finger lacerating it quite badly Ive lost the use of it for the moment it will heal but it needs lots of time. Its still very sore as I type this Todays lesson be careful with knives Earlier today I decided to try get this car going Front painted with hammerite 6 speed box And a quick clean If you have a 1.2 please check this pipe going into the injectors they go brittle with age and leak causing a strong odeur in the cabin and a potential fire hazard Once again it got too dark too quick so no decent pics of the engine ready to go plugged in the battery in with the key double checked everything Turned the key and.... Failed to start Tried again still nothing boo earns so Ive put up this thread httpwww.fiatforum.combravo-brava...mlpost2660368 I hope for the next update the car will be at least going

FIAT BRAVA 182 Couple of questions

Hey To be honest i am sick of my changer being in the boot. It recently got damaged because things in the boot were hitting it and the discs were jumping all of the time. I have now had it fixed i dont even have it properly housed in the boot and it doesnt jump at all I am wanting to put it under the seat in the front or in the glovebox or something (providing it would fit) Does the wire easily feed

Not sure if the brava has this but on the Bravo you can mount a CD changer under the rear seats. This involves alot less hassle ripping out the wire to get to the front seats or glovebox as you originally intended. Theres a letter box sized hole under the rear seats in the Bravo and the CD changer sits in there fine. I used strong Velcro strips to hold it in place. Holds perfect. Never skips. Regards
